If you need an appointment, call 276-466-8292, and leave a clear message. Please DO NOT wait until the last minute if you have a critical need. If you have a disconnect notice that is immediate, we will be days out, or into next week for the next available appointments, start looking for other resources. We always encourage you to plan ahead, waiting until the day of disconnect does not guarantee an appointment assistance. Disconnect notices come weeks in advance. Further, we 'assist' not pay all of a bill, so looking for additional resources with other community resources is always a good idea.
